The Property Bank currently has 54 Overseas Property Websites, however our ultimate aim is to have a website in place for every Country in the World featuring a vast array of Property Investments from all the Countries.
To meet this tall order we need people on the ground who are intimate with their Country / areas and have local knowledge to share. Local Property Developments, contacts with Local Estate Agencies, Builders etc.
And we want you. We can help you build a home based Real Estate Business by offering you a chance to work professionally alongside our already well established Overseas Property Portfolio.
Primarily we are looking for motivated people with a professional attitude to help us establish collaboration agreements with real estate agents in Europe and Worldwide. The aim of the collaboration agreements is to create a network of real estate agents through which we can supply our clients with suitable properties to buy. Initially, the focus will be on ski properties, golf properties and investment properties.
Responsibilities:-
*finding & establishing contact with real estate agents in specific countries
*negotiating terms of the collaboration agreement
*adding property (manually) to our property database
*removing sold properties from the database on a regular basis
*forwarding sales inquiries to the relevant real estate agent
*maintaining regular contact with the real estate agent to insure that client inquiries are being handled efficiently
Skills
*Computer skills (a fast Internet connection is a must)
These are commission only opportunities. Income is generated through property sales via our website from the real estate agents that you find. We are currently offering an excellent share of the commission received from the real estate agent at close of sale.
Interested candidates should be registered as self-employed with the Inland Revenue and should be prepared to sign a marketing agreement with Property Link Direct Ltd.
